We use Australia Post to deliver your order safely to your door. Every order is carefully packaged with love to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping rates:

• Keychains, bag tags and smaller items — $6 flat rate Australia wide
• Signs and larger items — $10 flat rate Australia wide
• Express shipping — $15 Australia wide — available at checkout

Processing times:

All orders are handmade to order. Our current turnaround time is displayed on our homepage. Processing time does not include shipping time — you'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Damaged in transit?

We're so sorry if your order arrives damaged — that's the last thing we want! Please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and original packaging. We'll take it from there and do everything we can to make it right. If a replacement is needed it will be sent using the same shipping method as your original order.
