As our products are personalised especially for you, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges.

If your product is faulty please send an email to tullyandcoau@gmail.com within 24hrs of receiving your product.  Please choose carefully as we do not exchange for choosing incorrectly.

We check every item and wrap it carefully before it leaves our hands, if on the rare occasion your product is damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
